Ethan Hana21 August 2026I really can’t say enough good thing about this place. I came to Arizona from California to attend Arizona State University nursing school and I had a 2008 hummer because the heat my car had many breakdowns and palms and I’ve been to other car shops like sun devil auto shop and others and I always got charge more than I would in California, and the turnaround time was extremely long. The mechanic skills were not up to standard and by recommendation I came to the shop. The turnaround town was extremely fast. The mechanic knowledge was extremely fast. The owner or manager Ted is from Chicago. I totally love his accent and attitude and he’s men of his words when he say something he’ll get it done. He does not lie or over promise and his team are very honest and upfront about all the fees and time as well. Let me give you example I had a new radiator pudding from the manufacturer of GM for some reason the radiator broke and the coolant has leaked into my Transmission ending up destroying my new Transmission, which will cost me me upward of 4000 to fix because Ted the manager felt that this is none of my fault and it’s actually fault of the equipment from GN. He covered all my cost and replace my radiator, fix my transmission and putting a converter and waved the entire feed. I was stunned when he told me that and I have never experienced such up service from any car mechanics so I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I wish all you Arizona State university students from Arizona or out of state come and support the shop because you would not be disappointed at the service and honesty. I like the Service so much. I even think if I ever needed a major car renovation I might drive my car from California over here just to get it done in all. I had the most pleasant experience here and I wish everyone could have the same experience as me.+7

While we were referred by Costco only for alignment, the team did a thorough review of most systems, pointing out areas which may need attention, down the road. CA D23 July 2026Best auto mechanic we've ever had. Been going to them since we moved here in 2021. We own two 2005 Lexus and take our cars to this shop all the time for repair. They do excellent work & are very trustworthy on their diagnosists & repairs; and if you happen to have a Costco card, you get an additional discount off the cost of repairs. Also - if you buy your car batteries through them, they are outstanding on a quick replacement of them when our AZ extreme heat causes them to go bad while they are still under warranty. They also who have someone who comes in to tint windows who does a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.+0

Laura22 July 2026Anthony was great to work with! He kept me informed throughout the entire process, and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The parts store accidentally sent the wrong part, but the shop still managed to complete everything on Friday except for the alignment. I came back two days later to have the alignment done, and they were kind enough to provide that service at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their communication, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Michael Clark20 July 2026My first experience there was fantastic. Alex and the staff were more than accommodating polite. Their restroom was the cleanest shop restroom I’ve ever seen and I’m 63 now to see if they are consistent in the future that’s where the test truly is. My plan is to definitely start taking my vehicles there and I have a sneaking suspicion that I have found my new shop. My old shop was telling me they were doing things that they weren’t as simple as rotating tires and because of it I lost probably about 20,000 miles on the current set of tires that had to change them out anyway I hope they will continue to be what I think they are.

Jonna25 June 2026I was given the referral to use this shop for an oil change and alignment. I didn’t realize they do everything! The service is fast and friendly and very reasonable! They worked with me and my schedule, even fulfilling my OCD requests. I am happy to have found a new shop to service my vehicles! You even get a discount if you are a Costco member!!

Tom Minor1 June 2026I had not been to this garage before and took my car in for a faulty ambient air sensor. After they diagnosed the problem Alex called to let me know rats had been feasting on the wires. He gave me a quote and I picked up the car the next day. This seems to be an honest, efficient shop and I recommend them. Update: I have taken our cars several times to Airpark Auto and the quality of the work has been consistently high. Communication is excellent and prices are reasonable. The wiper fluid nozzle needed replacing and it was done while I waited. Another good visit to the shop! Took car in for check engine light and it was the starter solenoid that needed replacing. They kept the car over night and it was done the next day. They let me know the problem and the cost before they did any work. Happy customer.

Lesley M26 May 2026Recommended by Costco after receiving my new tires, I scheduled a wheel alignment and also got great info when I inquired about a transmission fluid change so after receiving a reasonable quote, I scheduled that as well. The staff is excellent and my car was finished within the estimated service time. I would definitely use them again if needed and they offer a Costco member discount. Can’t beat that! Thanks guys.

He always listens to what his customers are reporting on their vehicle concerns and his crew executes. They have, on a several occasions, repaired my company and personal vehicles when the dealerships couldn’t - I’ve learned my lesson, I don’t go to the dealerships any longer. Slade Schmidt6 May 2026I don't think you could find a place that could beat these guys on speed, knowledge, friendliness, and price. I needed an obscure sensor for my car and figured it would take about a week... it was done the next day. I hope I don't have to see these guys too often but they have given me peace of mind if my car acts up again.

Dan I14 April 2026Hard for an autoshop to get close to 100% 4/5 stars. They do, and we picked them for that reason (along with Next Door recommendations). Reasonable price for oil change/inspection. Suggested some additional things (which were reasonable). Not the cheapest shop in town, but I trust them. That's worth paying a little more.

When it comes to suspension and alignments, however, that isn’t something I have the capability to do myself. When it finally came time to replace my control arms and my rear air suspension, I chose to take my car (and my parts) to Airpark Auto Clinic. Everything was super easy from start to finish, and they were able to do the job in less than two days from the time I dropped it off. The price for the labor was fair, considering it’s North Scottsdale. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that they did.+0

Ted and the crew at Airpark Auto Clinic did a complete inspection (including the convertible top) of the vehicle. Inspection returned with a positive inspection. Several months earlier, I had purchased a different vehicle from Carvana. Again, brought the car in for the inspection from AAC. Came back with numerous defects. Ted, Alex, and crew saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in future repairs. For me...Airpark Auto Clinic is without equals...they are the best!!!!

Troy HIll13 November 2025For most of my life, I have done all of my own repair work on my vehicles because I hadn't found a shop that I trusted and had fair pricing. There is horror story after horror story of people getting gouged by mechanic shops and so I had continued to do my own work. This has recently changed. I started my relationship with Airpark Auto Clinic (AAC) at the beginning of '25 because I asked the guys at Costco Tire if they had a referral for a good alignment shop and they told me about AAC. When I brought my vehicle in, ACC told me they weren't willing to do an alignment because my control arms were bad and if they completed an alignment my tires would continue to go bald because of the bushing being cracked in my control arms. We agreed I would change my control arms (purchased from the dealer because aftermarket wasn't advisable) and I would bring the vehicle in for an alignment after I completed the repair. That positive experience led me to switch where I got my oil changed. I then decided to move all 3 of our vehicles to AAC for any other issues I experienced (Infiniti QX 80, Toyota 4-Runner and Jeep Wrangler). I have been impressed with their continued transparency, honesty and pricing. Unfortunately, this year has been rough on repair work needed. I have had to take all 3 cars back to them for random issues varying from A/C, electrical and suspension. Each time they have worked with me to get my cars up and running. AAC took/takes the time to talk through the options of repair and what they would recommend. Example - I had an issue with a wiring harness. A new harness from the dealer was for the entire vehicle and was priced at $3,000. I didn't need the whole harness and they were able to find the section needed at a salvage yard for $50. We decided to go that route and the car works perfectly. For all of these reason I highly recommend AAC to anyone needing a good mechanic shop for their vehicle(s). Bonus - If you are a Costco member, they provide a discount on repair/service work (oil changes excluded) if you show your membership card.

dgtl nmd26 September 2025I can't tell you how impressed I am with the results of the work done here at Airpark Auto Clinic in dealing with incredibly receptive and friendly people like Mel. I came to get an oil change and what seemed to be a milestone checkup (180k) that cost me a tad more than what I was initially thinking, but man, what I got in return was almost 100x worth what I paid. I've had this car for over 25 years and this is the first time I ever felt as if I drove it off the showroom floor. The engine purred to the point where I couldn't even realize it was on. Steering tight. Alignment perfected. Road trip worthy again! Why have I waited so long to get this done? I cannot recommend this place enough. Don't wait. Your car will thank you.

I had an AC problem, and an engine light (that was an oil distributor problem), and I had an oil change and service done. Priced seemed very reasonable considering what I had done. They were very timely in getting the parts, and getting the work completed.

I received friendly and reliable service and estimates that were incredibly reasonable. My work was performed with integrity and diagnosis for future repairs were explained with NO pressure. I was told to expect a service indicator light to display when its time to make repairs. I am widowed but my husband was a great mechanic. It has been my experience that women are often taken advantage of when car repairs are needed. Mel, Daniel and the Service Providers at Airpark Auto Clinic has earned my TRUST! And, if that is not enough, the owner provides discounts for MILITARY AND COSTCO MEMBERS. What's not to like about this place?

They identified several services I had been missing and they set me up on a schedule to have those done with future oil changes. I did not feel that any suggestions were exorbitant or unnecessary. I felt I was treated respectfully.

David Gabbey6 March 2025Ted clearly explained the process used to find why my A/C system was not functioning, and how long it would take. Compared to other shops I was very comfortable he was only stating what was truly required, and not trying to sell me parts in a trial and error process. The car was completed in less time than estimated and for the exact amount quoted. I will definitely go back for other needs.

Helen11 November 2024Initially, I went to Airpary Auto Clinic with a transmission problem, only to find the fix was more than the value of my car. However, Ted and all the staff I interacted with were very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time to explain things so I could understand. I was so pleased with the service , I decided to make this my go to auto maintenance facility.

I felt comfortable with their analysis and reasonable pricing. The Costco recommendation and discount was an added benefit. Plan to continue with Airpatk Auto.

Jill Pittel5 July 2024I am so relieved after finding Airpark Auto Clinic! I was very loyal to a mechanic shop for many years but it seemed to be extremely difficult to get it in the last couple years! I’ve been having some issues with my SUV and have been looking for a new shop! I’ve been hearing something dragging underneath my car recently going uphill. I called Airpark Auto Clinic. I was told to come on in and they would take a quick look to make sure there are no safety concerns. Ted offered to scan it after taking it for a test drive, just to make sure no codes came up. Gave me the peace of mind I needed until next week when I go back for an oil change and full inspection! I’m so happy I called them! Thank you Ted and Daniel! Highly recommend!

Scott7 May 2024I made an appointment for a 4 pt wheel alignment and arrived at the scheduled time. I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs and I would receive a call when it was ready. I was contacted within the time I was told. I picked up my car and there were no issues. Thank you for the quick service and job well done.
