I really can’t say enough good thing about this place. I came to Arizona from California to attend Arizona State University nursing school and I had a 2008 hummer because the heat my car had many breakdowns and palms and I’ve been to other car shops like sun devil auto shop and others and I always got charge more than I would in California, and the turnaround time was extremely long. The mechanic skills were not up to standard and by recommendation I came to the shop. The turnaround town was extremely fast. The mechanic knowledge was extremely fast. The owner or manager Ted is from Chicago. I totally love his accent and attitude and he’s men of his words when he say something he’ll get it done. He does not lie or over promise and his team are very honest and upfront about all the fees and time as well. Let me give you example I had a new radiator pudding from the manufacturer of GM for some reason the radiator broke and the coolant has leaked into my Transmission ending up destroying my new Transmission, which will cost me me upward of 4000 to fix because Ted the manager felt that this is none of my fault and it’s actually fault of the equipment from GN. He covered all my cost and replace my radiator, fix my transmission and putting a converter and waved the entire feed. I was stunned when he told me that and I have never experienced such up service from any car mechanics so I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I wish all you Arizona State university students from Arizona or out of state come and support the shop because you would not be disappointed at the service and honesty. I like the Service so much. I even think if I ever needed a major car renovation I might drive my car from California over here just to get it done in all. I had the most pleasant experience here and I wish everyone could have the same experience as me.

Best auto mechanic we've ever had. Been going to them since we moved here in 2021. We own two 2005 Lexus and take our cars to this shop all the time for repair. They do excellent work & are very trustworthy on their diagnosists & repairs; and if you happen to have a Costco card, you get an additional discount off the cost of repairs. Also - if you buy your car batteries through them, they are outstanding on a quick replacement of them when our AZ extreme heat causes them to go bad while they are still under warranty. They also who have someone who comes in to tint windows who does a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Normally, I do a lot of my own work and routine maintenance on my car. When it comes to suspension and alignments, however, that isn’t something I have the capability to do myself. When it finally came time to replace my control arms and my rear air suspension, I chose to take my car (and my parts) to Airpark Auto Clinic. Everything was super easy from start to finish, and they were able to do the job in less than two days from the time I dropped it off. The price for the labor was fair, considering it’s North Scottsdale. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work that they did.

Called many auto body shops to install a wickerbill onto my spoiler . Every single one declined and the add on sat in my garage for 2 and a half months . I drive to airpark auto clinic for the first time and within 40 minutes I was in and out of the shop with a perfect installation . This is the place to go for all your needs !

Niko and Ted and the whole team at Airpark Auto Clinic are wonderful! They're friendly, kind and knowledgeable, and they have amazing customer service and customer communication. They're less expensive than Nissan for sure!! Highly recommend!

Ted and crew are the best. This is a small but very high-quality operation, if not actually family then certainly with that vibe. They say they specialize in high-end European cars, but they have taken very good care of our aging Subarus - MUCH better than the dealer's mechanics. And they just rescued a weekend road trip by correctly diagnosing a very mysterious electronic issue. They are now our go-to car place.

After owning my own auto shop for years in TX, so it's not my first rodeo around cars . I was referred to this shop by my friend Najoi K here in Scottsdale. This was a GREAT referral! Got new brakes on my car and the service and facility was excellent! Manager Ted was great to work with and he made sure I was in and out under 2 hours. Excellent customer service and trustworthy crew! Sending my daughter in to get her air conditioning fixed this week! Good pricing and I trust them to be fair! Highly recommend you take your car here down the road. My new shop now! TU Airpark Auto!

We owned two 2005 Lexus and take our cars to this shop for repairs all the time. They do excellent work; and if you happen to have a Costco account, they take an additional discount off the price of repair. They also have someone who comes in to tint car windows who does a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Above & beyond auto repair! Complete and thorough understanding of where my oil leak was coming from. They even spoke with my mechanic son-in-law in Michigan. I have had 4-5 services there and am extremely pleased. Fair prices! You won't be disappointed!

Having a honest and reliable car clinic that doesn't take advantage of the consumer is not always the easiest to find. Alex is a hidden gem. He runs a great business and is the epitome of honest, reliable and never makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of. Alex has a tremendous staff and team. Ted is incredible and very knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Recently, we took our Jeep Wrangler to the local Jeep dealership (Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep) for a loud exhaust system. Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep suggested that we replace the entire exhaust system for $1690 and they told us we need new brakes and rotors on both the front and back for $900, which our extended warranty did not cover. I immediately brought it over to Alex at Airpark Auto Clinic. Alex did a complete diagnosis on the suggested work. He delivered the news... The completely replaced exhaust system was a total lie and fraud from Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep, as the exhaust spacer was broken. The cost for both left and right spacers was $30 for both sides and the labor was $250. Alex looked at my brakes and rotors and shared that we have about 20,000-25,000 miles left in the front and 15,000 miles in the back! Thank you Alex, Ted and team at Airpark Auto Clinic for being the honest and reliable car guys in Scottsdale! We take both of our vehicles to Airpark Auto Clinic and highly recommend!
